Shipping Information

At Lilly & Ivy, every collection is thoughtfully curated with intention. Rather than stocking large quantities, we carefully select pieces we know you'll love while continually adding new styles to our collections.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to ship. Many orders will arrive much sooner, but this timeframe allows us to carefully prepare your order and restock select styles when needed.

If an item has a different estimated shipping timeframe, it will be noted on the product page.

Need your order by a specific date? Leave your requested date in the order notes at checkout. While we can't guarantee expedited shipping, we'll always do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Return Policy 

All sales are final. Items that have not been worn, tags in place, free of odors or stains may be exchanged for a different size of the same item. If item is not in stock a store credit will be issued.

Lily & Ivy  must be notified within two days of receipt of delivery for all exchanges.
